The newly designed closed molding machine features a special high-efficiency cooling system tailored for the production of aluminum modules. This innovation significantly enhances the cooling efficiency for corrugated pipe products.

Accompanying the high-speed, high-output single-screw extrusion machine is a professionally designed extrusion mold for corrugated pipes, ensuring large-scale stable extrusion.

The module offers exceptional interchangeability. Constructed with LY12 high-quality alloy aviation aluminum material containing a copper content of at least 5%, the aluminum forming module is created through a precision pressure casting process with high-density material. This results in material free of light pores and resistant to deformation during long-term use. Moreover, various module waveform schemes can be customized according to user requirements.

Complementing these features is the automatic DWC cutter, equipped with computer control for precise cutting positions, stable operation, and user-friendly functions.
