Accompanied by a high-speed, high-output single-screw extrusion machine, there is a professionally designed extrusion mould for corrugated pipes that enables large-scale and steady extrusion.

The module possesses excellent interchangeability. The aluminum forming module is crafted using LY12 high-quality alloy aviation aluminum material with a copper content of 5% or more. It is manufactured using a precision pressure casting process, resulting in high density material free from light pores. This makes it resistant to deformation over extended periods of use. Additionally, various waveform schemes for modules can be customized based on user requirements.

Completing the system is an automatic DWC cutter that is computer-controlled, ensuring accurate cutting positions, stable operation, and ease of use.
